- Support organizations like Covenant House
- Give to your local food banks
- Give clothing and other items to shelters
- Take a child to a safe haven (your safety comes first always)
- Educate others about youth homelessness
- Volunteer
- Conduct private food and coat drives
- Host fundraisers
- Become a mentor
- Support your public schools
- Support programs who support youth who have “aged-out” of the system
- Become a foster parent
- Support foster/adoption agencies
- Hire more young people
