Position Description








The Program Intern – Back-on-Track Program (BOT) Program is
responsible for administrative and operational support functions for the BOT
Program. This position will provide the Intern with the opportunity to learn
about non-profits, both development and programming and their impact on the
local education landscape.  Intern
will provide administrative and operational support for maintaining student
files, coordinating schedules, meetings, and events, contact with students,
families, and schools, and general administrative support duties. The Program
Intern will assist both the Program Associate and program Managers as
necessary. 


The Program Intern – Back-on-Track Program (BOT) Program has
internal contacts with the entire administrative staff and external contact
with students, families, schools, and the community.  This position has regular contact with members of the
community and is expected to represent WWS in a professional manner. The Program
Intern – Back-on-Track Program (BOT) Program will report directly to the Program Manager – Back-on-Track
Program (BOT) Program and participate
in department activities as necessary.



Qualifications Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks by carefully setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and scheduling time efficiently.

Awareness of and ability to utilize social media

Understanding of Microsoft Office application
