Victory currently manages six schools that serve over 4,200 students, including three elementary schools (Mary McLeod Bethune Academy, Anna B. Pratt Academy, and Richard R. Wright Academy), one middle school( George W. Pepper Academy), and two transitional, single-sex high schools (Young Men's Leadership School at Fitzsimons and Young Women's Leadership School at Rhodes).The Young Men’s and Young Women’s Leadership Schools, comprised of multiple institutes, are small, rigorous high schools in which each student becomes a part of a small learning community. Students are known by name and given the opportunity to develop into a leader within his/her academic community.
The Young Men’s Leadership School at Fitzsimons offers the following institutes:
  • Urban Education Institute
  • Academy of Finance
  • Virtual Enterprise Institute
  • Construction/Electrical Work





The Young Women's Leadership School at Rhodes offers the following institutes:
  • Urban Education Institute
  • Academy of Finance
  • Virtual Enterprise Institute
  • Architecture






All institutes infuse college preparation and offer AP courses, duel enrollment in college courses and internships.
