"Online homework help is available at the Central Library, 19th and Vine streets Phila. Pa 19103 , and at more than 50 neighborhood branches, or through a school or home computer from 2 to 11 p.m. seven days a week."

"This means, even when our branches are not open, students can still get homework help," said Sandra Miller, the LEAP After-School manager for the Free Library system."
