The Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger helps Philadelphia residents apply for Food Stamps (SNAP) over the phone. We screen clients for eligibility and assist in the application process. If someone is having trouble getting their Food Stamp benefits the Coalition provides case management assistance. The Coalition can also direct clients to food pantries and soup kitchens in their neighborhood where they can go to receive food immediately. Call the Food Stamp (SNAP) Hotline at 215-430-0556.
