"Family Friends is an innovative family support program that reaches out to families with special needs who live in Philadelphia. The families who participate in Family Friends are parents raising children with developmental disabilities and other special needs, and grandparents and other relatives who are raising children. Our team of dedicated social workers and older adult volunteers work together to provide support to families and children -- in their homes and in the community."
