The College Access Program is a project of the Philadelphia Education Fund whose missions is to improve educational outcomes for underserved students. The College Access Program helps make a college education accessible to Philadelphia public school students, their families, and adults interested in pursuing higher educations. There are three different College Access Centers. The Center City Location is: The Gallery I, Street Level, 9th and Market Streets, Philadelphia PA 19107.
