"Anti-Drug and Alcohol Crusaders (ADAC) was established in 1987, as an outreach ministry of Little Antioch Universal Holiness Church. In 1989, ADAC began Safe House After School designed to provide a safe haven for children whose parents were ravaged by addiction. Its purpose is to provide a safe, academically enriching after school programming for children as an effective alternative to addiction, truancy, dropout, crime and violence to children of high risk families."
